featuring Talking Guinea Pigs! is a series about sentient guinea pigs from another world. 'Suffering & Death' featuring Talking Guinea Pigs! is the first graphic novel of the series. It is a story about an astronaut named Jeremy on his first mission into space, and his accidental travel to the planet Earth - specifically, in 19th century Russia. Cagin' It is a webcomic about two guinea pigs who talk to each other while sitting in a cage. It updates five days a week. JoeGP.com is the website that hosts both featuring Talking Guinea Pigs! and Cagin' It. It began in the year 1999, when Jeff Mumm was only in the seventh grade. It continued to be updated with new comics every week until 2004. These comics were about a guinea pig named "Joe" and his friend "George." The guinea pigs in Cagin' It are modeled after the real life guinea pigs these characters were originally based on, but are not meant to be the same characters. (Perhaps Joe and George are the "actors" playing these characters.) After the original JoeGP comics, Jeff went on to create several other webcomic projects, called "Shady Bob," "Matt and Theo," and finally "Obscured by Species." Jeff
